The Cookie Capper-
The Cookie Capper accepts full oven capacity via cooling conveyors, aligns, deposits creme, and caps automatically at speeds to 300 cookie rows (150 rows of sandwiches) per minute. Various types of soft and firm cakes and cookies can be processed, and the resulting product is highly uniform. Using this patented process, the cakes or cookies are automatically transferred from your supply conveyor to the infeed of the machine. The machine then aligns, accumulates, and synchronizes the product, flips alternate cakes when required, deposits an accurate amount of filling, and caps the top onto the sandwich. The sandwiches are then automatically transported to wrappers, enrobing,or furter processing. Machine widths to 68 inches (1.7 meters) enable high production rates by processing many items per cycle. One operator handles all functions including operating filling device. Inch and metric machines available.
