The Traypacker accepts full oven capacity via cooling conveyors, aligns, collates into slugs of predetermined count, and drops into cells of the tray. Speeds up to 250 rows per minute are achieved with this patented process. Various types of cookies can be processed including wire- cut, rotary molded, enrobed, and sandwiched items.
